What Makes Alta Vue Different
Elevated Affordable Living
At Alta Vue, affordable doesn’t mean ordinary. Alta Vue participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. We provide low-income apartment homes for households earning 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). That makes Alta Vue an attainable option for a broad range of households, while still delivering the kind of modern design and amenity-rich lifestyle rarely seen in affordable housing.
Affordable Housing Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must meet certain income, household, and documentation requirements.
Affordable Housing Income Limits
Do I qualify?
Alta Vue follows income limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the federal agency that helps guide housing programs nationwide. These limits ensure our apartment homes remain accessible to households that qualify under the program. Rent at Alta Vue is based on HUD’s published limits for Salt Lake City, not on each household’s individual income.
